WELCOME TO CBK SUMMER!
Congratulations - we are pleased to accept you to the CBK Summer Programs. This is a fantastic accomplishment, and we hope that you find the programs just as rewarding and personally transformational as we do summer after summer.
There are several steps through the acceptance and welcome process:
1) You will receive an email 2-3 weeks after application stating that you have been accepted to CBK Summer Programs and notifying you of major deadlines.
2) You will receive an email 2-3 weeks later, stating that you are registered for CBK Summer Programs and that you should begin working on the Acceptance Packet forms in your account. Your Acceptance Packet is not "COMPLETE," until you receive a congratulatory announcement. This is important, in that the final deadline to complete all of these forms is May 9th. After that date, a $100 fee will need to be applied as our staff will need to begin bugging you to get in this very critical information.
3) You will receive an email as classes reach 50% enrollment welcoming you to Summer Programs with a course assignment and access to the Welcome Packet. At that time, you will need to accept your course in your account. Final tuition and fees payments are due by May 9th.
4) You will receive an email one week prior to your program with final details, including your roommate assignment, and a request to schedule your exit interview at the end of the program.
Please note that all of your transactions are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption, and that our staff is unable to see passwords (once you create your account) or protected information.
