Incendiary Programs
The monthly Incendiary Program allows us to gather in small groups, learn something new, and interact with our “family” members in ways that remind us of how much we love learning and how much we need one another!
Incendiaries include:
- a scheduled extended period of time with your favorite CBK folks
- the ability to invite a guest who might want to join us for specified future programs
- Power Seminars, workshops, and takeaways
- discussion groups to work through related topics
- group activity times and social events to gather with “your people”
Each month, location and topics will change as we work to bring different groups of people together. Please check back here for our current program and registration.
CBK Homecoming 2022
The change of seasons means it is Homecoming time - a special way to bring our CBK community back together after the end of summer and a new school year starting up. CBK has put together a way to connect with old friends, share this special night with new friends you want to introduce to our family, and remember together this place we call home.
HAPPY HOUR: Homecoming is a special event program designed for alumni of CBK Summer to get together for a reunion-style event. Our first hour will include tray-passed appetizers and mocktails (but should not be considered dinner) to help us happily warm up as we theme photo and play mini-games into the evening to create new memories!
MAKING MEMORIES BACK HOME: The evening continues with a trip down memory lane to bring out those old pictures and slideshows (boy, we have some old ones) and build your own CBK scrapbook complete with current pictures.
SOCIAL GATHERING SET TO MUSIC: Please come dressed to impress - this is your chance to get all spiffed up for the night. No jeans, no t-shirts, yes suits and ties and gowns and sparkle (please no glitter, as we are still getting it out of the carpet from spring and no, you do NOT need to go out and buy a fancy new evening dress!). Whatever that means for you to be comfortable but at your classiest! And then we will DANCE all that energy off!
WHEN: Saturday, December 3rd, 2022
TIME: 6:30pm-10:00pm
WHO: Anyone aged 11 and up who has attended or worked at CBK Summer and/or Vector and their approved guests (new to CBK) if you choose - COVID antigen testing will occur at the door for entry
past: Hallowendiary 2022
Halloween is approaching, and we know many of you may be fearing the utter lack of costume creativity and camaraderie you’d capture at a creepy conclave. CBK has concocted a way to connect with old friends, celebrate the night, and (as always) learn something new as we cavort together. And yes, there will be a costume contest!
The Hallowendiary is a special event program designed for alumni and new friends to get together for a reunion-style event. We will be at Vector School for one night only with health and safety restrictions in place (COVID antigen testing will occur at the door) and hope you can join us for some light, laughter, and learning.

Leaves are starting to change and the mornings have a cool snap in the air. By the end of the month, Autumn will officially be here and it’s time to celebrate! CBK Fall Festival is a special event program designed for alumni and new friends to get together for a reunion-style event. We will be at Vector School with health and safety restrictions in place (COVID antigen testing will occur at the door) and hope you can join us for this social gathering full of punkin’ chunkin’, caramel apple grabbin’, gourd “hockey,” needle in a haystack, and dancin’ around the fire pit.

TIME: 6:00pm-9:00pm (unless you grab that apple)
WHO: Anyone aged 10 and up looking for a bright place to call home.
past: A Midspring Night's Dream: Spring Formal
It’s prom season, and we know many of you may be feeling less inspired in your home school environments. CBK has put together a way to connect with old friends, celebrate the night, and (as always) learn something new as we spiff it up together.
The Spring Formal is a special event program designed for alumni of CBK Summer to get together for a reunion-style event. We will be at Vector School for a full day of Shakespearean-inspired classiness (you must be COVID vaccinated or show a negative COVID test to attend) and hope you can join us for a really good reason to get all dressed up with somewhere to go.

TIME: 11:30am-9:30pm (a sit-down formal dinner will be served)
WHO: Anyone aged 12 and up who has attended or worked at CBK Summer and a discounted approved guest (new to CBK) if you choose
